Example 4 NBG-CHCl in TNF-α Stimulated Vascular Endothelial Cells 3 Analysis of the Effect of Surface Cell Adhesion Molecules on Protein Expression of Vascular Endothelial Cells
After separating the cytoplasmic protein and the nuclear protein, Western blot was performed to confirm the protein expression of surface cell adhesion molecules of vascular endothelial cells using cytoplasmic fractions.
Flow cytometry was used to confirm the expression of cell adhesion molecules in vascular endothelial cells.
The expression level of surface cell adhesion molecules of vascular endothelial cells stimulated with TNF-α was analyzed using FACSCantoII (Becton-Dickson, CA, USA).
These results confirm that NBG-CHCl 3 inhibits the expression of cell adhesion molecules in TNF-α-stimulated vascular endothelial cells, which may play an important role in adhesion between vascular endothelial cells and monocytes.
